Option 2 – Barbecue Buffet

• Home Made Baked Potato Salad & Cole Slaw
• Green Salad w/ Southwestern Ranch Dressing
• Sweet Corn Bread and Slider Rolls
• Grilled Italian Sausage, Peppers and Onions
• BBQ Glazed Chicken
• Hickory Smoked Brisket & Pulled Pork
• Pit-style Maple Baked Beans
• Buttered Corn or Creamed Corn
• Pickles, Pepperoncini’s, Sliced Onion
• Blackberry and Cherry Cobbler
• Vanilla Bean Ice Cream
